Martin Kalin

Marty is an entrepreneur, who founded and ran a number of start up technology companies. He also acquired and operated more mature companies. Mr. Kalin has had successful exits. His company MK Data was purchased by a public company in 2015. Mr. Kalin co-founded and/or operated include SmartSenseCom, Plant Cell Technology, MK Technology, and Lean Flame. Mr. Kalin sits on a number of non-profit boards. He has over 35 years of experience in running companies in different fields, including manufacturing. He has a bachelor’s and masters’ Degree from Georgetown University.
Leonid Vorobyev
CTO & Co-Founder of Polylema and Rubbintec & Inventor
Dr. Vorobyev is a highly proficient Chemist & inventor with over thirty years’ experience managing projects to develop and implement more than 500 formulations based on epoxies, urethanes, acrylates, benzoxazines, bismaleimides, silicones, cyanate esters, & other resins. Many of these formulations are successfully used in aviation & space, in transportation and high-tech, in military and industrial applications, including NASA. Dr. Vorobyev was a Senior Chemist for Kaneka Aerospace for 21 years. He was a research Chemist at the Rubber Research Center. He authored 3 patents & 12 scientific papers. During the 1980s, he earned a Ph.D, an M.S. and B.S in Chemistry from the Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technology.
Martynas Jankauskas is a transportation engineer and laboratory technician. He holds a degree in Transport Engineering Vilnius Gediminas Technical University Bachelor a University in Lithuania. He is an expert at transportation systems and building materials. He has also been a director of UAB “Dažų gama” a company that sources manufacturers and suppliers of paints and other construction materials for production, inventory control, procurement, and negotiations of prices and delivery conditions. His responsibility includes operations, operation and maintenance of equipment, consulting, and evaluation during paint tests.

Anitha Vadavatha is an entrepreneur, global strategist, and an exponential technologies advisor She is the founder of d.Cent Labs with a focus to build a global ecosystem to drive application of decentralized & Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to help support new architecture. She’s an alumna of Singularity University (SU) and a founding co-ambassador of SU San Francisco chapter to advocate exponential thinking/technologies to address global grand challenges. Anitha advises and mentors several startups in AI, blockchain, biotech & healthcare areas and affiliated with Singularity University Smart city accelerator, SU Ventures, California Life Sciences Institute, and GSV labs.
Lawrence Culliford is an engineer with over 20 years experience in tire recycling and pyrolysis. He is also an expert at devulcanization technologies. He was Director of Business Development for publicly traded ECOLOMONDO, where he was involved in the design, sales and JV operations of pyrolysis of hydro-carbon waste. He was also a distributor for UTR Canada Inc where he was active in rubber and plastic recycling, bitumen additives, and the distribution of the Swiss product Tecroad, for improved pavement and roofing solutions.
Lawrence Culliford

Frank is an entrepreneur who founded and ran a wholesale distributor of tools and machinery to the Government and Construction markets of the National Capital region. He has extensive experience in marketing and sales.. Prior to joining Rubbintec, he was a SunTrust banker who delivered commercial and private banking services to successful physicians and their practices. Initiatives in hospital system market contributed to results 145 percent of plan.
