REGEN RBR has developed a low cost and highly effective method to devulcanize tire end of life rubber and other waste rubber. By devulcanizing the rubber, Regen RBR converts waste into valuable & desirable polymer products. Our “devulcanization” process reverses the original vulcanization process by selectively breaking sulfur bonds without degrading the rubber quality.
Regen RBR’S mission is to help solve the global tire disposal problem. Each year more than 1.5 billion tires reach their end of life. Most tires are incinerated or landfilled because they can’t be effectively be recycled, which is a waste of a valuable resource and a major global environmental problem impacting our land, water & air.
